« This is a modern, upscale hotel. Google maps gets you close to the hotel, but I found that Google maps is not very accurate in China. The hotel lobby is on the 9th floor of the high rise building. The room had very modern amenities and a nice shower. There was an issue with the airport transfer which, according to Expedia, was included in the price of the room, but when I got to the hotel they said it wasn't included. The main reason I booked the hotel was for the airport transfer. I'm not sure...

« Personnel très agréable mais coupure d’eau chaude à l’arrivée ! Le personnel a fait de son mieux pour compenser ce désagrément et je l’ennremercie. Chambre avec vue mer mais fenêtre tellement sale, qu’il est difficile de profiter de la vue ! En résumé, j’ai fait une heure de route à l’aller et au retour pour séjourner dans cet hôtel que j’aime particulièrement à Haikou et j’ai été déçue. Mais grâce à l’accueil du personnel, je donnerai à cet hôtel une nouvelle chance lors de mon prochain...

« Super helpful staff. 5 overall room had some minor hits to carpet and curtains that diminished the feeling of a topnotch property. Can’t expect those to be changed out from minor damage but they are noticed. Quality of the build and materials in excellent. Soundproofing is superb so sleep was excellent. Great bed and bedding. Location convenient to excellent food and shopping. »

« 早餐以中小型酒店來說算不錯，cold cuts 沒選擇，沒有 breakfast tea bags 及中國茶包。但 餐廳的 強哥很好，很貼心也勤快醒目。個別的大堂服務員就不是很 helpful, 不懂英文，就算用普通話提問也說不知道，幸好不是每一位服務員都是如此待客，只是有一兩位。因我們連續住了四晚，遇上不同的職員罷了，所以有比較！酒店周邊沒有可以逛的地方，出酒店門口是大馬路，小綿羊很多，人車爭路，不宜出外散步。客房不錯，隔音也不錯，早上不會被開門聲弄醒，但房間沒有夜燈。 »
